DOVE Career Development, Inc. (hereafter referred to as DOVE) is a faith based, non-profit organization providing career counseling and specialized pre-employment support and training for unemployed adults and at-risk youths while imparting ethical standards primarily based on biblical principals.  Our primary goal is to assist the most hurting in our communities relative to unemployment situations because jobs create peace, purpose and prosperity!  Our secondary goal is to actively connect with businesses that can offer job seekers employment, internships and training opportunities!  Last but not least we strive to provide basic direction and support for individuals who desire to start their own businesses, particularly women or minorities.
